Important Note: Chat DJT is a parody and entertainment app. All personas, including but not limited to "Donald Trump," "Joe Biden," "Dr. Patricia," and others, are AI-generated fictional characters. We are not affiliated with any political figure, organization, or government entity.

We collect minimal information to operate the Service and improve your experience.

2.1 Information You Provide Voluntarily

• Username: When you participate in leaderboards, daily challenges, or the Political Arena, you may provide a username (e.g., "@MAGAMike"). This is stored locally and on our servers.
• User Content: When you use features like "Roast Me," "Therapy," "Fortune Parlor," or "Suggest an Idea," your inputs (questions, answers, suggestions) are stored to personalize your experience and improve our AI.
• Location (Optional): If you choose to join the Political Arena conversation, you may provide your city, state, and country. This is used only to personalize welcome messages and is not shared.
• Email (Optional): If you contact us for support or sign up for notifications, we may collect your email address.

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

• Device Information: We may collect your device type, operating system, browser type, and IP address for analytics and to improve performance.
• Usage Data: We track which features you use (e.g., therapy sessions, sports picks, property searches) to understand what users enjoy and to award badges and leaderboard points.
• Cookies & Local Storage: We use browser local storage to remember your preferences (e.g., sound settings, streak count, badge progress, token balance).

2.3 Third-Party Services

Our Service integrates with the following third-party services that may collect information:

• Affiliate Links: When you click on affiliate links to sportsbooks (e.g., BetMGM, DraftKings), lenders (e.g., Quicken Loans, Rocket Mortgage), or retailers (e.g., Barstool Sports, Fanatics), those third parties may collect information according to their own privacy policies. We are not responsible for their practices.
• Google Maps: The Real Estate section uses Google Maps. Google's privacy policy applies to any location data you enter.
• Analytics: We may use simple analytics (e.g., console logs) to track feature usage. We do not currently use Google Analytics or similar third-party trackers, but may add them in the future with notice.

• Leaderboards & Badges: Your username and score are visible to other users on leaderboards. Your earned badges are visible on your profile.
• Public Features: If you submit a question to the "Political Arena" or "Suggest an Idea," your username and the content may be displayed publicly within the app.
• Service Providers: We may use third-party hosting and API services (e.g., Replit, OpenAI, ElevenLabs, fal.ai). These providers have access to necessary data only to perform their functions and are contractually obligated to protect it.
• Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, safety, or property.

5. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on secure servers (Firebase or local storage). We implement industry-standard measures to protect against unauthorized access. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure. By using the Service, you acknowledge this inherent risk.

Retention: We retain your data as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You may request deletion of your data by contacting us (see Section 10).

6. Children's Privacy

Our Service is intended for adults aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us, and we will delete it.
